59, CADILLAC ELDORADO

Hello all,
got this one finished today, the only non-box items are the wheels and the tri air cleaner. Engine has had a distributor made, plug leads, fuel lines, power steer pump is plumbed, alt is wired, a/c compressor lines, starter and battery leads, and the airbags are plumbed.The only other mod is dropping it on its guts. ( nothing actually touches the ground). Removed door handles to keep that smooooth look, and kept the body chrome work to a minimum.( don't like the big chrome body slash).
Interior is bright red acrylic with red flocking and a bit of BMF, exterior is just straight black with BMF and factory chrome. Wheels are Pegasus DZ's lowrider spokes.
I enjoyed this build, apart from a few wooples in the body, every single part lined up and fitted perfectly.

It really is what makes modelling fun when everything lines up and turns out as well as this has. Absolutely love it. Its big, black, finned and chromed.....awesome work mate. Might have to get one of these myself.

Thats sweet Dale. They look wicked on their guts and the red and black really set them off.

I got myself one of these and a hardtop too. trying to get the skills to a better level before I start them, but they will both be along the same lines.
