F.E. Dragster
Hi guys, this is one I picked up cheap at last years QMHE so thought I'd get it done for our display.
It started as this ugly thing.
And ended up with this.
Threw the body away, well gave it to Bluedog anyway. Changed the rear wheels to spares in my stash, slicks are resin piecrusts from TPB. Fronts are kit items. Body panels are sheet aluminium beaten into shape and polished up a bit. Engine is mostly kit item with a few added items for detail. Still need to add shute and then it wil be ready for our display.

That's sweet, always had a soft spot for FE diggers. I love your body panels, it's one of those "now why didn't I think of that".

Yeah Love it. Should look the part for our display.

Re: F.E. Dragster
Yeah been getting some pretty good numbers in testing, she's a bit squirrelly with the front wheels in the air and the bags a smoken though, might have to take a bit out of her to get her down the track Can't wait, starting to get a bit twitchy, so much to doShoey wrote:Yeah Love it. Heck!!! 'scuse the pun, but who said you can't polish a turd?? That's a shocking kit, but you've done a cracker on it. I really dig it-Almost inspiration enough for me to crack out my hippie hemi.
