The Tumbler Camouflage Version
Hi again guys
This is actually my second tumbler from moebius models, the first one was black and I decided to go further with the second one and built the camo version. It was really a masking tape predator because I had to mask it part by part.
The color is the combination of tamiya linoluem deck brown over tamiya light sand.
Let me know what you think and thanks for looking.
Best Regards

Re: The Tumbler Camouflage Version
I think that looks cool Krishna, the camo gives it a more military look rather than stealth, me likey

Re: The Tumbler Camouflage Version
I did not go much on the black standard version, but, this one I like, the camo has given it some personality, so to speak. It looks like it would belong in a Transformers movie set. Great job I reckon.

Im not a fan of the black one either but this works. Great job.
Now make a 1:1 and send it to Iraq. If the enemy saw this thing coming at them they would fair shit themselves !!!

Re: The Tumbler Camouflage Version
You masked that?!
I'd have painted it by hand and then satin cleared it to hide any brush marks.
Excellent job.

Re: The Tumbler Camouflage Version
Very nice work. How was this model to build? I've only played with Moebius trucks. They're good to build. Cheers.

Re: The Tumbler Camouflage Version
Yes I did, it was quite time consuming to have masked all those panel one by one. Not forget to mention the amount of masking tapes involved.zenrat wrote:You masked that?!

Well.......the kit was molded panel by panel, so it was a bit tricky to assemble those panels into one complete tumbler model.
