1969 Nova 4-door........???
Well, these things are obviously rarer then 2 door Nova's.......
I've been all over the web looking for decent pics, s'pecially a good side view, to compare body lines.....I found a couple, and with the help of some buddy's in the U.S. I have been able to determine that the roof is approx 1/8 inch or 2-3mm longer in scale and the C pillar is slightly more upright at the rear door edge..
They use the same wheelbase as the hardtop 2-door, so no major changes there at least....
I'll need to update interior panels as well, but hoping that wont be a biggie.....
I've started carving up the rood section today, to correct the rear C pillar shape, but this is how it stood, till about 3 hours ago......
Take no notice of the door handle recess', I haven't moved them yet..
Should get some updated pix up over the course of the weekend...We're on a 3-dayer in NSW...(Labour day Monday)
I've also had contact from one of the U.S. top resin casters.....
Haven't made a decision on that yet.....I just wanna build it.....hahaha.....
Whatcha reckon...? Does it look and say...s.l.e.e.p.e.r.......
cheers
Greg
