Which weekend is the Rocky model show in Feb?

Rockhampton Scale Modellers in association with the Capricorn Model House
and Champions Brock Experience presents the 2009 Qld NNL Titles or (Rockhampton Model Show)
to be held on Saturday 7th February from 9.30am to 4.30pm at the Criterion Hotel Quay street Rockhampton.

MODEL ENTRY DETAILS
Set up from 7.30 Saturday 7th
Note NO ENTRIES will accepted after
10.30 am unless prior approval from promoter has been granted.

ENTRY FEES
Entry fee is $2.00 per model, up to 5 models, each model over are free.

the view of the model. 600mm x 600mm Maximum

BEST OF SHOW Determined by all entrants

Lots of prizes to be won with a multi draw raffle
Accomodation can be arranged at the venue, (Mates rates)

One of the Best Model shops in QLD is only 1 minute walking distance away!!!!
Most Modellers stay back after the show for drinks and meals.
and party on into the night if you wish.

Tiger Airways do direct flights from Melbourne from as low as $60 one way.
Virgin Blue do direct from Sydney from $135 one way,
Airport to model show 5 minutes by Taxi

Hmmmm...............Feb 14 = Valentines Day..............sure would be tough getting a leave pass for a model show over 2500klm away.

Aw c'mon, you don't subscribe to that commercial rubbish do ya? Worse for me still - it's my daughter's first birthday on the 12th so I reckon it will be damn near impossible to get away...

Oh crap! Thats me headin for my own disaster. I totaly forgot Valentines day. We can bring this date forward to the 7th feb.
as nothing has been set in concrete yet. only my feet!!!
