'41 Chevy pick-up
This was an enjoyable build, something different for me, as i kept with the 6cyl kit engine.... sort of..
I made a new manifold, to accept fuel injection , also scratch made the extractors from solder, and wired it .
I did NOT use the sides of the tray, just kept it as a "Flat Tray"
Doing this, i had to fill the inner sides of the rear guards, and added a bit of a bend in the rear of the tray.
Also added a rear panel for tail lights, and the rear nudge bar from a Willys kit.
Paint is Dupli-color Metalcast Red over silver with some black shading, which gives it the Candy Red effect.

Re: '41 Chevy pick-up
Paint & chrome work really set this thing off. The grill detail, wheels & proportions all work together to make a unique look. Very nice mate

Re: '41 Chevy pick-up
Not sure I like the look without the tray sides. But that's just my opinion and you know what they say about them. Can't fault your work - it's a fabulous build.
