not sure, I thought maybe a mercury kit, but could be the ford as I have built that as well and not used the bumpers. I did have to straighten out the rear one.

The Revellogram Mercury front bumper fits this kit perfectly, those from the AMT 40 are a different shape altogether and possibly too narrow for this kit.  Hope this helps.
