Re: Bayonet Model comp & swap meet.
Frank Morgan and I attended this event. It was well organised and run inside a Scout Hall and we were looked after by the friendly boys from Bayonet MMC. While it is mainly military oriented, the Swap Meet had lots of model car kits for sale, including some older AMT, Monogram, and Revell kits from a deceased estate.
Frank has most of those kits and I will be bringing some to sell at the next AMCC meeting (November). Average price is $20 per kit. Here are some photos from the day. The Mustang won the civil vehicles competition.

Re: Bayonet Model comp & swap meet.
Thanks for the pics Terry!
Think I may have to get to this one next year, looks like they need some more cars that's for sure.
and if you bring those kits to the meeting I'm sure Andy & I can make you carry a lot less home again!!

Re: Bayonet Model comp & swap meet.
No worries Paul! You guys would have cleaned up in the cars competition, and you would have taken home a heap of awards.
By the way all of the monies raised from the day were donated to a children's charity; a most magnanimous gesture by the club.
