FORD 'C' CAB TRIKE
Hi there guys... wasn't sure whether to post this in "Bikers Bar" or not, but seeing that it has 3 wheels, a customised Ford cab and engine.... anyway...
This machine is mostly Scratch built from whatever I had at hand.. I swapped some parts for the cab thus started my project.
Engine: "Souped up" 4 banger from Lindebergs "Tall T" kit, with custom exhaust.
Frame: Sprue and Evergreen tubing.
Forks: Chrome sprue, Biro springs and scratch made Fork clamps (triple trees)
Handlebar: Large size paperclip
Wheels/Tyres, Diff/axle: From my spare parts stash
Seat: AMT '57 Ford Custom kit
Headlights: Parts stash
The Cab: MPC 1916 Ford 'C' Cab, shortened 15cm to suit. Window holes cut out and filled with clear Evergreen sheet.
Mudguards and side steps from Evergreen sheet. Interior fully carpeted with red self adhesive felt (available from Spotlight)
Main finish: Anchour Lacquer Sparkling Silver with home printed decals on cab & windows.
