Re: Dream Truck inspired 56 Ford F100
Sorry that I have not gotten back to you sooner but Life has been hectic combined with the dust storms, Fires, And its starting to get hot mid 30"s it has slowed down all of my builds since I cant paint because of the Dust. I dropped the cab when I was just about finished polished it all for final assembly and chipped the paint on the corner of the roof So that meant that I have to strip the whole lot back and repaint it all again because it is a custom paint. Even tho I have enough mixed to repaint because the colour coat is almost a candy and for me to try and get it to mach the rest of the body will be next to impossible. I think that it will be quicker just to strip and paint, but as with all things I have to wait for the weather and to be in the right mood so that it does not end up in the junk box or against the wall...

Re: Dream Truck inspired 56 Ford F100
Yeah - big bugger but stick with it - this one is too cool not to finish. Are you sure you need to re-paint? I have quite often chippoed paint during assembly and successfully touched up later on. Candies can be touched up with Tamiya clear colours.
Whatever you do, good luck with it!
