Hi Checkmate, i do alot of diecast 1/18 scale modified cars which you can see in modified diecast and was wondering about resin parts for this scale. Is it easy to do or would you do resin parts for this scale. Buy the way the HQ looks excellent and just what you would find in the scrub up here in the Northern Territory. Maybe not quite that straight. Cheers Southy

Hey Southy moulding parts is quite easy, there's several members on here that cast a lot of their own parts ranging from smaller stuff right up to complete bodies. You could easily mould your 1/18 scale pieces and pop out as many as you wanted very economically. I dont think copy rights an issue unless you started selling them, but I might be wrong on that one? (Although several well known resin casters just pirate their stuff of Revell/Monogram etc.)
Cheers Rob
