Contact Adhesive Cleaner?

Hey Guys just thought Id share my latest finding 
while i was potting around with my willys coupe's turn table i had noticed that it was all foggy due to glue and dirty due to paint. 
with this im mind, i was going to use some septone contact adhesive and some alfoil to make it all shiny again. however it was an absolute crinkly mess 
so i pulled off the foil and i was absolutely gob smacked as i lookled at it it all most blinded me with the reflection of the lights in my dads shed! so the solvents in the adhesive cleans and polishes the plastic dish on the turn tables!
