2011 Model Expo (Melbourne)

The time is coming up again for the annual Australian Model Expo to be run, so get your models ready.
Dates are Sat, Sun, Mon, June 11,12,13. 10am to 5pm daily (public). Swap and Sell on Monday morning 10am to 12 noon (separate entry fee applies).
Venue is Sandown Entertainment Centre, Sandown Racecourse, Princes Highway, Springvale (Melbourne).

Lots of model categories to enter, awards, club displays, retailers' stands, demos, and a huge Swap & Sell. Model Expo is for all types of models, not just cars.

Note the competitions are judged (not NNL). BTW guest judges are wanted - usually Saturday night. Help and display models will also be required for the AMCC model display stand on any of the three days.

I will be setting up a Trade stand there if anyones comin down, $5 off all kits over the 3 day long week end, car/truck/movie/tv, see you there,

Model Expo is on this coming long weekend (Queen's Birthday) guys. The AMCC will have a table display to publicise our forum and club. I'll be setting up the display from 6pm Friday and 8am Saturday morning.

Try and visit Expo guys - it's a real goldmine of models, traders, accessories, and information. Also if anyone can help out on any day to look after the display or with judging on Saturday night, just turn up. Monday morning has the huge Swap & Sell from 10 am so don't miss out.
