Hi there , can anyone tell me if the chassis and running gear for the AMT Ford Louiseville LT 8000 tractor T504 was used on any other amt kits thanks.

Ok , from what i'm seeing here in the AMT cataloge of 1971 all the louie kits have the same cat motors. Did you win the blue one of ebay ? You should buy the 903 from auslowe and shove it in there , damn those things went well in the 70's with the 903 turbo same speed up hills as on the straight . MMMMMMMM 70'S dreaming , copy in the dynamiter !

no i didnt win that kit, its just ive got a short hauler and wanted to drop the cab straight onto a chasis to suit.cheers

You could try putting it on any chassis really, you will have watch though with the long cummins motors as they will hit the firewall .
