1953 FORD VICTORIA HARDTOP
"Mrs Jezza" bought me this kit for Fathers' Day. As I started on the build I cut out the doors and hinged them. Some slight mods
to a stock engine, center console was cut from a Gillette disposable razor & "T" bar shifter from spares stash. Fuse wire was glued
onto the seats to simulate the upholstery beading. Floor mats were cut from self adhesive Velcro ( the soft side ).
I asked the Missus what colour she would like to see it. "A nice bright green with a white roof" was her choice so I went for
Apple Green over Sparkling Silver, retaining the silver roof and rear side panels.
Some B.M.F. work coming up, along with cementing all the chrome strips into place. Hopefully if all goes well, with the final assembly,
it'll make it's way the Showroom.
