rekon the tray should be a tad wider than the rear wheels

Thanks dv8v8 and scummy for the information, looks like I will be building a new tray as the one in photo was built for a much narrow cab. Torry got some square step tanks for the B61 which I will be using. got to build a chassis for it too. may look at different wheels have to find the five spoke ones.

See if you can get the wheels from an ertl dm 600 or dm 800. Or get some resin ones from auslowe .

scummy I will be doing that as I have three of these to build up, this old jaymar one and two very nice resin ones, I got a full set of rims and wheels from a old R model kit and chassis that I will be using under one of the resin cabs, I have some five spokes from a old Diamond Reo kit going to use the under the jaymar cab. Oh forgot I have four B61's the one with the sleeper as part of the cab its a curbside one that I got from the USA. Very Happy  been buy a few more truck kits of late,think some cars kits may have to go.

Found a chassis for this one plus diff, also found a short bit of a flat tray top, it will make a good short tray top, got to find the square step fuel tanks, Very Happy  slowly finding bits for this one. not in a hurry to build it hopefully some time this year. Laughing  got to strip six colours off the tray & I did not paint it in the frist place got it that way Laughing
