Re: pro street 67 chevelle... NOW ON THE SHELF!!!
quick update for y'all.
still got a few more coats of blue for the roll cage, and some more interior detail to add. not sure what colour to do the sides and rear of the seats??? also BMF for the tubbed section of chassis, looks good in the flesh but its old BMF so the cracks showed up quite a lot of imperfections under the flash of the camera... should have it done real soon...

Re: pro street 67 chevelle... NOW ON THE SHELF!!!
That's what I love about looking at all your cars guy's - all the experimenting and trial fitting, etc. I can liken it to going to an art gallery to view other artist's paintings - I get a great kick out of that too. Thanks to all of you for giving me all this wonderful stuff to look at and admire.
Oh and your Chevelle is looking good too Todd!

If you're gonna re-do them, maybe think about giving them a leather look by laying on a dark colour first then dry-brushing on a lighter colour. Only drama is you have to flat coat it later to get the full effect but it looks great when done well as the dark colour gives a natural shadow to the lower areas of the trim...

Re: pro street 67 chevelle... NOW ON THE SHELF!!!
nearly finished!!! after looking at the seats for a while i ripped them back out and cut the centre of the head rest out and replaced it with vynal mesh and also recoted the seat coz the colour was off. the undercarriage is 99% finished, i lowered the front suspension using alloy tubing that fitted my rims perfectly. not much left on it at all.
bryce, thats a number plate decal that came with the kit on the glove box door, i was going to have an operating door but would have been wasting my time.
grubby hand prints all over it DANG!!!
next lot of pics will be on the shelf...

Looking sweet as mate - that's one bad ride!
Are you gonna drill out those exhaust tips or are they meant to be capped like that?
