67 Chevelle Pro Street
This is the latest project. My 3rd (and final!) attempt at the the paint job for this one after some experimental painting turned out to not work the way i wanted. i.e. paints not fully compatable with each other.. I have removed the sail panel window to clean up the look of the car.
The paint is grey tamiya primer, tamiya gloss black, tamiya silver leaf, mr hobby metallic green, alclad saphire prismatic and lots of mr hobby gloss clear. The paint looks darker in real life (think the new hsv green). The pics also don't capture the uv-saphire fleck through the paint properly. The car was fully covered in alclad chrome at one point but accidentally deleted the pics to show you! Doh!

Re: 67 Chevelle Pro Street
Your right Dude, after seeing it the other night it looks completely different. It's hard to capture the shine too. It looks great.
Re: 67 Chevelle Pro Street
the colour I am seeing looks cool.
yeah photographing cars colours are hard to do at times as the camera will not capture the colour the eye sees.
I like the pillar taken away.
