'26 Ford Sedan Delivery

On to my next kit. This one I started quite a while ago. Its been in and out of the cupboard god knows how many times so now its time to just finish it. Motovation is the Mackay Model comp in May. Doing out of the box apart from wheels from another kit and a velocity stack on the carby rather than the supplied thing they call an air cleaner. Sprayed with Tamiya French Blue that is probably 15 years old. Sprayed quite well, haven't even polished this one yet.









Hope to have it finished by the end of the Easter weekend.

Lookin' good Dave, FWIW that 'thing' you called an air cleaner is a very good representation of the air cleaner 'Lil John Buterra made for his original T Tudor from which this model is based.Not that there's a problem with using something else, hell I would probably have used only half the bits in the box.

What's the parts fit like? How did the suspensions go together?

Should be a good build

The parts fitted together not too bad. Alot of flash on the chrome bits though that require touging up on final assembly. Suspension went together quite well, it was easy to make different wheels fit as all I had to do was grind the rear wheel stub back to fit the wheel back under the guard and put a plastic tube into the stub to fit the kit axles.











Making a wired distributer now and get stuck into final assembly mode and get it finished. Didn't meet my personal deadline of before the end of the Easter weekend though.
