I spent hour's the last couple of night's but I worked it out.

Nice work mate. Dont know that I would have nouse to work all that out (My To Hard Basket is bulging with all my great ideas hehe). Cant wait to see it finished.

Yes this is what I needed the checker plate for.
I've done a bit more tonight,the box on the end of the tray is the winch box.

is that the real thin sheet of checker plate plastic card by it self or a thin cheet of plan under it.

Checker plate sheet is .020 inch (.5mm) thick.

There's some pretty serious "nutting out" been done there mate, i really like what youv'e done with that. looking forward to seeing this progress.
