10TH NSW NNL TITLES: 15th April 2012

Being our 10th year I'd love everyone to bring a heap along and celebrate a decade in style by making it our biggest show yet. We need to top 670 models.......can we do it??

As for my 32..........I'm sorry to say, unstarted. Look for it next year in the used and abused catagory like my last years NNL Mustang will be this year.
But I promise that for 2013's NNL cup I'll have 2 built for it....

you'll be pleased to know Rob, that I have all the components to complete the "wombat", now to get off bum and finish.

I'm still off work another week, so any time in between. put final coat of varnish on plaque and another coat of paint on base.
and yes Brian did, hand delivered even.

From what I've seen I reckon ya' could rattle up 600 plus all by yourself.

What was the kit for the NNL trophy? Not that I have time to build it, I just can't remember?

I finally have the airbrush working and have 3 cars in pieces painted.
Some long nights too finish can't wait

It most certainly has!!!! 700 plus models is the aim so everybody clean out your cabinets and cruise along for the day/week whatever!!!!

NNL Cup cars must be built standard out of box too mate, no add ons so if yours has been altered we'll have to put it in pre48.

I'll pack up what I can fit in my boxes - at least 16 anyway.

Can only use what's in the box and can't modify it.

I was joking. Can't speak for 1B55...

Personally I find it very very difficult to stick to what they put in the box. However, I see the value of it as a leveller when you want to compare modellers.

Not to worry, i'll bring the 5 window along anyway.

Ok , i just sent of an email to the guy who does , classic restos on community tv . So we have to wait and see if maybe he will come on down and see the show and just maybe end up on tv !!!!

TV!!!!!!!!...................I'll have to get a hair cut, new shoes, pants that fit properly,snazzy shirt. too much pressure......... I may not make it now,............. pills, pills , where are my pills.

Still organising sponsors at the moment for the event and fighting with the council about the venue but we'll get there and have hopefully another great event!

I'm looking forwards to this - only 2 & a bit weeks to go.

Mrs Z asks if there is anything for her to do on Sunday while i'm "playing with my toy broom brooms".
Gardening is her thing. Anyone know if there is anything going on in the area that would keep her occupied for the day? Flower show, open garden, horticultural show, botanical gardens, that sort of thing? Google doesn't bring up much.
