12th NSW NNL TITLES Sunday April 13th 2014.

Just a quick post announcing the date for our show, since I've received a few calls this week about it.

I'll add more details up soon but the date has been set as:

Sunday 13th April same location as last year.

Set up Saturday afternoon if you're early and we usually have tea at the pub Saturday and Sunday nights so it's a great weekend of socialising.

 It's the best chance for forum members to catch up as it's between Sydney and Melbourne, come along and meet the people you chat to every week face to face!

Plenty of awards and prizes as usual, the plastic mafia will be there in numbers again lurking around, and the usual crowd that's become a second family to most of us.

Great people, great atmosphere, great models and a great show!

Bring your models along and join in the fun!

Hope to see most of you guys there!!!!!! As usual it's a one day event.........that starts Friday and runs till Tuesday! Well at least it has over the last few years for us!

Hey Rob, we will be there this year to resume vote counting if you need us.  We won't make it look any more creditable, just happen faster. Are any of the local motels etc chipping in, if so we will  try and book with them.

I haven't hit any motels up yet.........

But will as we get closer and keep you posted.

Ok , i just booked a room so we comin and mutley the car is having a few things replaced .

Just over a week away to NNL Tumut guys, just a reminder?
Unfortunately (Sorry Rob) , won't be able to make it this year, as I'm under orders from doctor to stay in recovery mode. I am still getting stress pains in ribs , so driving for long periods is not a good idea? At least this year I'll spent more time to finish a bucket load of models and have ready for next year, I still have work to contend with as well(1:1 scale model Hercules kits) . I have also begun a 1/64 (sort of HO) scale drag strip with slot cars and die cast cars and resin cars, so I'll bring that next year as well. So have fun at Tumut an d will look forward to the posts and pics.

Banned or accepted?

Also - Car engined trike.  Motorcycle class?  After all you could drive the 1:1 on a bike licence...

I.m counting down the days to NNL Tumut ! Just makes me feel a little bit better to think of all you guys that are going . Just remember , to make sure you have the boxes of models in the car? Have a great time!

We've always allowed display bases Fred, hanging to see your 6 foot tall base, with strobe lights and mirrors as promised...................

Trike would be a bike mate.
