This is looking a treat so far. Love the detailed big mill, wheels, and the underbody work. Hope it all comes together soon Dale.

No. I'm with Dean. Gloss black is scary - it shows up all your imperfections.

It is however the fastest colour, not red.
Let me explain.
This is because of the way light works - we see colour because photons of that wavelength are reflected by that colour.
Black is the absence of any reflection - the photons are absorbed.
Thus as a car moves forwards and runs into photons it will be slowed down slightly by the impacts of the photons on the front of the car.
Unless it's black - then the photons will be absorbed.
By the same logic, white cars are slowest as white reflects all light, red cars get slower at sunset and all cars are fastest in the dark.
This is also why hot rodders take the chrome off of the front of a car...

Next week - why time travel is possible, but not in a De Lorien

Will you also explain why oppose-able thumbs are not key to humankind's ascendancy?

Opposable thumbs are a case of future echos leaking back into the past and affecting evolution by reinforcing the strong need to be able to text and use a game controller.

Personally, i'm always a little dissapointed that the prehensile tail option was dropped. Imagine how usefull that would be!
