Re: '40 Ford coupe
Thats a really nice chop TJ, I think the 40 ford coupe is the hardest of them all to get right, specially when keeping the rear qtr windows. Job well done man
Re: '40 Ford coupe
Thanks guys, yeah doorslammer I'm real happy with the chop , I was lucky enough to find some pics of how its done.
Been working on the bonnet hinge now, along with some under bonnet detail and also cutting out the section behind the grille to match the real thing..........
Cheers

Re: '40 Ford coupe
The body mods and prep work are done now, so I'm into the painting phase. After a quick squirt of primer I was happy enough to go ahead with the black.
On goes the black;
Mock up with wheels and grille;
A bit of bling on the bonnet....
That's a step closer but now I just gotta get off me bum and finish the chassis, suspension and donk.

Re: '40 Ford coupe
Not much to report on this one, but seeing as I'm sitting here in a motel room ...........again, I thought I should put up a pic or two of the engine work.
Turned styrene pulleys;
Radiator hoses and exhaust started;
Should get more done this weekend when I get home.....TJ
