Re: MEMBERS 1.1 BUILDS
I think a race "bonding" session would do us all a lot of good! However the insurance companies wouldn't agree methinks.

Sandown on the 22nd of this month, I'll be there, anyone else coming? It's an MSCA sprint, running under CAMS. A bit pricey, at $150 for the day, but cheaper than Winton when you factor in the fuel cost.

Re: MEMBERS 1.1 BUILDS
Five years work and we stopped counting after A$200,000!
Built from the now defunct 'Roaring Fordies' kit and running an FSV USA 302 (ADR wouldn't allow a 289 or 351!) via a Subaru WRX driveline.
Up for sale next year ......... Porsche parts cost an arm and a leg.

Re: MEMBERS 1.1 BUILDS
I just relised i have not put anything up on my Ride.
Heres how it started out when we first got it. Factory stock except for the ride height and the 12 slotters.
And after the dust had settled we ended up with this. A 10 second street car.

I'm not a Ford fan by any means (9"diffs in Chevs is just wrong) but that thing is shit hot, I'd even go for a ride in it if ever offered , nice job.

Re: MEMBERS 1.1 BUILDS
It would appear we have our own muscle car war going on here, so I felt the need to represent the pentastar!
Here's my old mopar in action down at Phillip Island last month. I've owned this one for about 15 years. Picked her up for $1,000 in a very sad and sorry state back in '94. She had factory 265 and 4 speed though, so I could see the potential for cheap thrills! Since then I have rebuilt just about everything and painted her three times. Engine is a high comp, fully balanced 265 hemi six running a 600 holley double pumper good for about 300 horse (when it was dynoed about 10 years ago).
