Having bought several cars for parts for my Pursuit Special Charger, I had a couple of spare bodies lying around (no need for police) and so I thought I would do a wasteland warrior, just came together really a piece from here and a piece from there. still lots of detailing and weathering to be done. Thanks DV8 (that just doesn't sound right) years of scratch building Ork buggies and various other mechanical monstrosities has developed a similar set of model skills. was hummin and harrin over exhaust ideas, I think this works. Warrior of the wasteland Img_0827

Thanks Jezza, yeah I agree I am thinking of using baking soda and a red oxide paint which I've seen done with good results. Never tried it myself, but this is a good project for mistakes. Might gouge out some metal along sills, lower doors and such, not a lot of time for bogging up holes in the wastelands.(that just didn't sound right)
