1/8th scale pocher Alfa Monza Mulletto
Heres one I finished a few years back , the model recieved the usual treatment I give all of my Pocher builds.
Plug wires from my mate Daniel at Scalemotorcars.com
overall top view of engine showing extra work gone into the engine
could almost be mistaken for the real car !!
my favorite view
2pak Monza red and lots of clear coats give a great smooth finish
hood panels off !!
cockpit shot showing hand made dash panel and instruments
some of you may remember it ??

Very nice Sean , how big is it and how heavy ? Certainly an impressive car to have on display .

Thanks for the kind words fellas ! Ian taking a rough stab in the dark because it's sitting back in it's owners Display cabinet in the UK it was roughly 550mm long and stands 150mm high and weighed 1kg.
The Pocher Alfas are impressive but are the smallest of all the Pocher classics , the Bugatti which I'm building now is nearly 680mm long and stands at 220mm high . At the moment it weighs in at 680 grams and I'm only 3/4 of the way through building the chassis.

Because I am currently in the process of unpacking and stacking kits in my new garage, I came across my unbuilt Pocher kit of this very famous car. I had a nostalgia trip taking in all of the parts inside but also for comparison noted how much extra work you did to your build Sean - amazing mate.
Is this the model featured in ModelArt Australia magazine some time ago?

Thankyou Yes mate this is the model that featured in Modelart , if you could only see my display cabinet Terry it has nothing in it !!! looking at these photos is actually quiet depressing I look back on the photos of all the builds I've done and not one of those pieces are in my own personal collection , still the photos are good for memories.
