Bout bloody time young fella! Im liking where this is going. Keep at it. Wish I could get some bench time ...Im hanging out to sniff some glue and play with resin.
Im off to Cue (400km east of Gerldton) in 2 weeks for some gold prospecting ....hopefully get the camp set up so I can do some modelling.
Keep at this one .... and tell ya dad to 'Extractum Digitum' as well !! Cheers to ya both.

You can talk. It took you ten whole minutes to jump on this and comment. Tell you what mate, you're slacking and I may need the 2x4 on you soon.
Thanks both of you anyway.
Hope you have a safe trip on your way up. Hope you find gold up there, 'cause there is bloody nothing else up there.baZOOKa wrote:Im off to Cue (400km east of Gerldton) in 2 weeks for some gold prospecting ....hopefully get the camp set up so I can do some modelling.

Ah see thats where ya wrong. The whole area is steeped in history if you know where to look. Back to the 1800's . This is the area where WA gold rush started. A lot of the buildings in Cue (and other towns along the inland track north) still have a lot of the original buildings. As for the landscape ...yup its an aquired taste but I love it !
Anyhoo better get back to getting my fishing gear ready for an assault on some squid and herring (Tommy ruffs to you easternstaters)
Have a good one folks!
Re: Wreck-scue #2 *Paint Update*
Well, 1 month exactly since the last update. And what a slow month too. Just haven't had the enthusiasm to build really.
But this weekend, I managed to lay a little paint down on my mission.
Had multiple ideas that I have found from the internet, but none seemed to suit the Shape of the Ute, so spent an afternoon in the model room while dad was on the Playstation (Just switching it up for once. ) and laid my first bit of tape down, and went from there, not knowing where I was going, but making sure each side was symmetrical.
Through the middle, is a slightly darker shade of green, not overly noticeable but still there.
A few touch ups needed where it has bled through, but that was expected.
