Re: A pair of '40 Fords
Not much to do now (on the cars - trailer is a whole different story).
Push board and towbar on Thelma and Seat/harness, bonnet pins, 'chute & small paint touch ups on Louise.
Then a wax and the panel gaps on both of them.

Re: A pair of '40 Fords
I think they look great the bonnet on LOU ISE is great. Gee the old push board takes me back to the old drag and speedway days.
You sure that trailer is from the Caprice as I have that kit and it does not look anything like that. Great mods to it.
thanks Zen

Re: A pair of '40 Fords
Thanks guys.
Yes Monaro, it WAS the trailer from the Caprice. I couldn't live with the tilt bed, single wheels, springs flat on the frame or huge width. So it got narrowed (do-able by losing the tilt - it's now just slightly wider than Louise's knock-offs ), lifted (so the springs would work IRL) and dualie wheels. I've also added wider 'guards, frame bracing, chequer plate floor, sides, front and stowage. Currently building wider chequer plate ramps which will slide into stowage underneath.
