TNT W model KW

old style tnt rig using the old monogram snap kit. resin six spokes on the rear and super singles up front. tanks made from conduit on resin brackets. scratching up a bullbar and giving the rig light weathering. started on one of the two trailers, a 40ft container in tnt colours and the other one an old tnt fridge van, both will be heavily weathered.

Great start, should look good.

Allan, the kit i have is a Monogram from around the 80's. I think the new release is the same because I've heard complaints about the tyres being warped, which these ones are also. I'm going to use AMT tyres on the rear,and use these crap ones for spares on trailers.
the wheels are all Auslowe items and the super singles on the front are his new soft black resin items,not bad at all.

Keep us updated Dave, scummy and I where only talking about the TNT w models the other week.

The containers an old glue bomb i picked up. May have to widen the front wheels a bit, they seem to be sitting in too close.

Scummy, sorry to keep u hangin there, hav'nt done much more but I'll try and post some pics this weekend.

well Scummy, I've done a bit more. blackened the hood(as instructed) a few decals, a bit of BMF and scratched the dolly with resin rims and springs.
the roadways trailer is there just for a mock up.

looks like all the old school retro stuff is back in the loop, flaired pants, disco, mutton chop sideburns and W models

And a fresh bottle of coke inbetween the windscreen and the dash with demister on hot heating up another brew
Oh and the am radio on 2SM , truckin on through , LOL !

1053 2CA, Pepsi, tailgate up and vanning!!!! Tumut dealership sold two big banger W's during the week.........with slightly different specs.
They'll be another KW aerodyne arriving in April at Tumut, a matching partner for it's COE brother.........
