airbrush trouble

Can anyone help, I have an Neo Iwata suction feed airbrush gun that I'd had for about 2 years now. Whilst spraying the paint has started pooling in the nozzle,  I've Googled & found that no help.  So just wondering if anyone might know why this has started happening.  I use the same pressure 25-30 PSI which I've always used & clean it after each use.  " />" /> Because of the pooling in nozzle its spat paint out like this. I always had trouble with those jars, i use the little cup instead, which eliminated a few problems over the years.
Also, try raising your PSI a tad?? just a thought, as it can vary, depending on paint consistency.
It usually is trial and error, as everybody mixes their paint differently.

OK guys, this is something I dealt with for years as the Iwata Rep.
What you are experiencing here, RX3, is actually quite normal for all types of airbrush and full size spray guns for that matter. And Dale is right as well, it has to do with the viscosity of your paint as much as anything, I get the same thing with my Iwatas all the time. Build up is a normal side effect of spraying for longer periods of time, and it happens more with thicker paint. I actually stop every now and then and use a clean brush, wet with thinners, to clean off the front of the airbrush when it starts to build up. The other trick is to remove the front needle cap when you're spraying, and this will reduce the amount of build up that gathers. The needle cap is there only to protect the needle and does not effect the spray pattern at all. Only thing is you need to be a lot more careful with the front of your airbrush so you don't damage the needle.
