Re: Tri-Five Community Build
Good paint everyone. Looks like my original plan of a single colour won't cut it. What clashes with Holden Aquarius (other than flouro orange which clashes with everything, even itself!)?
I've got the chassis painted body colour ready to detail paint the horrible moulded in exhaust. Half the side trim is gone (never liked how they wrapped it up over the top of the front wings), headlight surrounds are moulded in, rear light surrounds are glued on ready to be moulded in, bumpers and grille are taking a bath prior to being painted (in true 80's style), RH Drive Digital dash is under construction, 4 Buick Grand National front seats are awaiting prepping and the red plastic the turbo mustang donk is moulded in is resisting being painted.
Should really take some pics shouldn't I?

Re: Tri-Five Community Build
DSF you star.
It's giving me the urge to smoke though...
Some clown got into my shed last night and attacked the '56 Ford body with a razor saw. The imbecile cut the fins off leaving a horrible mess that'll need great heaps of filler to put right.
Not sure why I did it. It seemed a good idea at the time but after i'd done one I wasn't so sure...

Re: Tri-Five Community Build
I dunno Slowly, me thinks she needs to be lower!
Brett, I've said it before, man you build quick!! Looks great mate, luv the paint job.
I've just opened up my kit for this build (amt 55 nomad) and it's not looking like I'll be finished any time soon. There is so much clean up, I've been working on it for the past 2 evenings and I still haven't glued or painted anything.
